Schwanna Jenkins

MSW, LCSWA

I'm a trauma-informed therapist, veteran, speaker, and community advocate committed to creating spaces where people feel seen, safe, and supported. My work is grounded in dignity, cultural understanding, and the belief that healing is possible for everyone — no matter where your story begins.

My Why

I founded TheraPeace because I know what it feels like to navigate life's hardest moments without a roadmap. I also know the power of being met with compassion, clarity, and someone who truly listens. My mission is to offer that same grounding presence to every person who walks through our doors.

My Approach

How I Show Up for You

Warm, relational, and collaborative

Trauma-informed and culturally responsive

Rooted in empowerment, safety, and trust

Focused on the whole person — not just the symptoms

My Lived Experience

As a Black woman, a veteran, and a clinician, I understand the intersections of identity, culture, and resilience. I bring that understanding into the therapeutic space with intention and care.
