A therapeutic relationship is only established upon execution of a formal Client Services Agreement and completion of intake documentation through our clinical portal.

TheraPeace PLLC and its clinicians are licensed to provide therapy services in the State of North Carolina. Schwanna Jenkins holds licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) in North Carolina.

Due to interstate licensing laws and telehealth regulations, clinical therapy services cannot be rendered to individuals physically located outside of the state(s) in which our clinicians hold active licensure. By scheduling services with TheraPeace PLLC, you represent that you are located within a state where services are legally authorized.

TheraPeace PLLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of, or inability to use, this website; (b) any inaccuracy or incompleteness of information on this site; (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; or (d) any other matter relating to this website.
